some of u guys are addicted to being a loser. U gotta learn to be optimistic. Here is a kid who has worked his *** off to get to where he was and has overcome so much and its ppl out here doubt whether or not he gonna work out. yall can miss me and my son with that negativity . When he stands in the paint this year stay on the other side of the fence
The loadest voices come from the cheapest seats.

Your boy is going to do great things and that makes losers feel uncomfortable about themselves….

Pick Six Previews, one of the better cfb previews going imo, has Toure as a preseason all-transfer team member, fwiw. Think that one really flew under the radar because he came from Rutgers.
Love what Brent and his team does with Pick Six. They were high on us last year and are high on us again this year as well. Most accurate CFB preview outlets like 5 years running or something crazy

If u don't believe sit back and watch the show. its coming Aug. 31st. And when u see number 30 on the field just know it wasn't because the LB Room wasn't good enough its because he out right earned his spot
**** yeah Sr standing on business

This board is full of them. It's like a plague.

You gotta realize, sir, a lot of the people (and I use that term loosely) here are the most miserable, negative, jaded, and deep-down pure jealous haters you'll ever encounter. There are plenty of passionate supporters of this program, and you'll cross paths with a lot of them and it'll make you and your son proud to be a Hurricane, but more than any other fanbase, this one is made up of people who never attended any institution of higher learning, borderline illiterate mutants who think they're entitled to something. Pay them no mind. They're non-contributors to society, and only exist to slog through life and *****.

A lot of us are really excited to see how your son can help the football team win, and just as importantly acquire life-skills over the next 3-4 years that will prepare him for immense success in his life.

Stay the course, and laugh at the "fans" who just crawled out from under their car to tell people how much they suck.

Our LB and S room probably have the highest variability of potential performance on the roster this year. Ultimately to me it's all going to come down to Hetherman to get the most out of these guys.

Like I can easily see a world where as a Senior **** clicks mentally much more for Wes (he was fine last year not terrible or great). I think Toure is getting hyped up and as long as he stays healthy will be a high quality player. With those two right there the current concern imo is Pass Coverage, even if you get the best out of them. But like I could see them being a top 3 ACC LB duo or I could see Toure not fully being healthy and Wes not taking a step forward and then being bottom half of the league and us needing to rely on the young guys.

Then you got Popo and Bonner who seem like they both would be high floor type LBs that you are confident will be solid players and good impactful special teamers. Alderman is a lower level than these two. Chase Smith I still don't get why anyone expect things out of, but he's in this group. At least with all 4 of these guys you'd expect good ST contributions. But like if we needed to rely on this grouping I think we'd get solid performance.

Then you got Pruitt, Wiley, Hayes, and Bobby Washington... who imo have the potential to be truly impactful LBs here like we haven't had in a minute. I remember Romeo Finley being a pretty impactful player for a year, and I think Pruitt can just be a plain better player and more useful in similar role AND as a pure LB while Finley was more solely a striker role player. Wiley can just be that Dude and end up our best on field player AND draft prospect at LB we've had since what.... Perryman? But he's got a superior build and athleticism obviously. Lterally my only question is the mental as it pertains to THIS YEAR for Wiley. No matter how confident I am he eventually ends up a stud, it's Lot to ask a true frosh LB to step up and consistently make the correct decisions. There is a reason LB is like one of the worst performing positions for rookies in the NFL... But Bobby is injured and I don't expect to be contribute until later in season at best. Hayes has the off field situation, so we will see.

Throw Simpson in there.
I saw...

Simpson, Lopez, Tre Dobson, Derrick Cooper, Those twins who went to FSU at DE, Denearius Gray all last year at the same game live... Norland vs Chaminade.

I Let @DMoney and the board know Simpson was built different. He just look like a big baby huey out there and it wasnt sloppy i said all the kid probably needs is college s&c cause he was at a minimum 305 then and it wasnt alotta bad weight.

I’d also add the benefit of Hetherman running a “simple” system from what I’ve read. Should allow guys to play faster and more confident?

This is the mentality most of us grew up on and has been missing. We needed your son, but we also needed you pops. Our fan base has gotten soft and whiny. Time to bring back the SWAG!!

Love the way yall have been operating and standing on business!
