I doubt we add another QB but maaaaannnn this kid is a take. I'd want Coleman to embrace the competition

I like Coleman but yeah. It’d probably be one or the other in today’s CFB world.

Is Coleman recruiting other prospects. Haven’t seen much of that- like that GA kid is doing. I don’t follow twitter that much though.

Tilman Fertitta will come out of his pocket and write this kid a blank personal check in addition to what he is already contributing to their collective. Of course UT/TAMU could probably pay him more if they really wanted to but they both have their trigger men for the class. Kid is special though.

Dude is the best athlete at qb since Lamar Jackson.
But is he a legit qb? I don't want another Anthony Richardson unless he’s a legit arm talent that can read a defense and go through progressions. Can he be consistently accurate?

No doubt he’s a freak athlete.

Just saw the first two plays and this dude is going to be way better than Coleman, thats all I have to see

He's number 1 QB on my board by a mile
@Dwinstitles man u gotta stop & need to be stopped! BIG PAUSE! How in the world DIK u see the 1st 2 plays of dude’s film & say he’s going to be better den Coleman? Jus say das ur opinion bc u ABSOLUTELY CANT tell that off 2 plays

cause his vision you can tell already he sees everything, dont get me wrong DC has everything but thats the one thing I see on tape I dont like about DC. Arm talent everything you want DC has but a lot of players have had those things and failed. Its something about pocket generalship and seeing everything and multiple things downfield, only some QBs have that aspect of the game. Seeing things before they happen and this dude seems like he has that.

And I saw 2 plays from Cam and said thats the first pick next year before he went to UM....well I am exagerrating my first highlight of Cam was WSU. The crossing route throw vs Oregon made me say thats the first pick next year.

I'd agree with him. Only it comes down to what you want out of your QB position. If simply moving the ball is the priority regardless of how you do it, than more than likely you say Coleman is better option. Cause he'll get out QUICK & take off. But that's also why I'll say this other kid will be better. Just like what Cam just showed us, certain mobile QBs can get out when needed but it's for the purpose of moving the pocket with the priority still being isolate and target an option down field. My only issue with Coleman is he's reliant on being a RUNNING QB. I don't want my Qb leaving the pocket with the clear intent of making a play with his legs. I want my Qb putting the ball into the hands of the play makers around him. Your greatest trait as an athlete is availability. If you're injured or gassed you ain't that. This kids looking to make plays with his arm. That's why I think he's the better option as a QB.
