Sounds like grade 2 based off when he was hurt and speculation when he may return. If it was grade 1 I’d say there would be no question he would be playing at A&M.
From experience, if you're still in the HydroWorx... you aren't playing a game in 1.5-2 weeks.
I think you might be a lil uninformed about turf toe injuries, it is a NASTY injury that can end careers and affect you for life if taken lightly and/or rushed. I know someone who still SUFFERS from it years after playing..Woah. A month+ out from having turf toe - is this real life?
didn't OJ McDuffie sue the dolphins orthopedist Dr. Uribe for malpracticing his toe injury? They're calling it the most misunderstood injury of all time nowadays. Used to be viewed as minor. Now its ending seasons.

When you get a chance read this recent article on the injury.

How Turf Toe Became the Most Misunderstood Injury in Sports
One little body part can cause big problems for NFL stars such as Joe Burrow and Brock Purdy. Here’s why it’s more painful than its cute name might suggest.www.si.com

Oooo got you, read it wrong..Yes, I know it's a tough injury - hence my comment (shock at him being back so soon).
as a life long hockey player, never had it or really heard of it. is it that bad?Terrible injury.. Its over.. No reason to try to come back to early from that..
it's that bad?If it’s turf toe ain’t no way he’s 100%
Ahmmon Richards talked on the CIS podcast about when he had it and how rough it was. Said in his opinion there’s no way he’ll be good for A&M.it's that bad?
Makes sense. Even if he can "be back" why would we even want him playing if not 100% just wouldn't be effective. Obviously would be great to get him back but i think Miami will be good with Fitzgerald. Now if Miami beats A&M and he is all in for a natty run and plays through some pain and can still be effective, essentially willing to risk re injuring in terms of short term nfl future i get itAhmmon Richards talked on the CIS podcast about when he had it and how rough it was. OJ wasn't playing all that great before injury if i wasn't mistaken? We need Frederique Jr. to shut down one of the fields to allow our pass rush to get home and to allow our safety to play more freely.
Yea watching football for this long and the nfl, that **** usually bothers a player for the whole season sometimes forever. Knowing people that had it, it’s real badit's that bad?
