Not ideal of course but coaches are paid to make **** like this work. I’m assuming that the staff knew by Sunday morning he’d either definitely or most likely be out. You have a whole week to get ready. Not like he got hurt on the first snap on the game on Saturday and you gotta adjust on the fly. Make it happen.

I am a Poyser fan. Hope he keeps getting better and hope he becomes a star for us next year.

It's November. All programs are dealing with injured players, albeit at varying degrees. We supposedly recruit very well every year and spend considerable coin acquiring players from the portal. Next man up.

I’d imagine lower extremity, a few weeks out probably a bad ankle sprain. If the rumors about a walking boot is true that would make by far the most sense.

Day and Pruitt were def playing nickle and SS, last game. I think Day at safety and Pruitt at Nickle. Personally I would try Day at nickle, he just moves like he’ll be good at it.
