So I’m getting ready to prep a brisket then I’m throwing it on the trusty, never rusty, Recteq around 8 pm. Probably gonna do the standard SPG rub, but I’m toying with heating it up with some spiciness. Might be too zesty though. It’s pride month, so let me just hit that pause button real quick.

What do you think I should do for sides? I’m think corn on the cob and Mac n cheese. If you’re in Southern California, let me know your favorite beer and you can come over for some great food. But don’t bring @Calinative; she’s not invited.
