Kaaya ranked as a top 10 junior for 2016

Kaaya has the opportunity to compete for a National Title if he comes back for 2017 imho. I hope he stays for his senior year but you can't blame him if he goes.

Also, I can't believe they left Dalvin off this list

Left him and Christian McCaffrey off the list ... Likely because they wanted an OL and DT on there.

I also find it interesting that Sam Hubbard is on the list. That kid played safety for Moeller (Cincinnati) High school, and has grown into a college DE at Ohio State. That's elite level athleticism on the DL, IMO.

Wasn't Hubbard committed to us for like 1 minute before OSU offered him? Or was he just really interested until they came knocking?

Naw I think we had a olineman that was committed and he flipped to osu

If youre a top5 pick you shouldnt even think about staying....caneshades or not.

Well in Kaaya's situation, he had NO coaching his first 2 years and was just playing off of raw talent. In one spring with CMR, his footwork, accuracy and football knowledge are already improving. If I was him, I would come back for my senior year just to keep learning and gaining experience. If he's a top 5 pick, he'll most likely go to a sorry *** team with no QB coach and be thrown into the fire day 1. Thats what kills QB's and their confidence in the league.

24 million can give you alot of confidence and also buy the best QB gurus in the nation. Way more risk to stay than reward. You drop out of the top15 in the draft and youre contract is signigicantly worth less meaning the team that drafted you is much less invested in you in general. Top5 guarantees teams are going to do everything possible to help you succeed as long as youre not an idiot like jamrcus russel. Just look at sam bradford.....teams are still trying to extract better play from him after his horrendous rookie contract.

He already said he is looking forward to being coached by richt for the next 2 years. He didn't have to mention a length of time but he slid that in there.

Dont see it.

I'm not totally convinced either but he gets the benefit of the doubt after being coached, if that's what you want to call it, by a staff that had no idea what they were doing. I think he's a "potential" top 10 pick; teams would most likely take other guys before Kaaya now.

Its simply asinine to leave off McCaffrey and Cook from ANY top 10 Jr list!

Cant respect such a list or the dumbass writer!

Reality is that RBs just arent at a premium anymore so why put 3 in a projected top 10 best Jrs? **** Fournette could be the best player in next years draft and he more then likely wont be the #1 overall pick.

Cook is **** good but he had an injury prone SO campaign (not a good sign and you havent even gotten to the league yet. Look how far Lamar Miller dropped when he had injury concerns) and he has to prove he can carry a team through a full season at that size. He disappeared when FSU needed him most in that HOU game after they were having QB issues.

Not hating here as he will def be a 1st round pick. But to say he is in the top 10 NFL prospect wise..meh.

Just slipping in here to say that McCaffrey is much more than just a running back. Not sure if he's top 10, I guess that depends on a team's needs, but his versatility is really going to help an NFL team in the future.

Dude, Money isnt everything to everybody and I highly doubt that Kaaya is hurting for money right now. If he has a chance to win a ship in '17, he's not gonna bail on his team.

Dalvin going in the first round, he is elite...

Dalvin Cook is explosive, but he puts the ball on the ground, is injury prone, & has off-field concerns. I'd take Fournette or Chubb over him.

Don't you remember Chubb's gruesome knee injury? Dalvin has lingering hamstring issues and is still more explosive than both of those guys. Dalvin and Fournette are 1a 1b RBs in next years draft if I'm a GM, just depends on preference of running style.

This... The guy played through a hamstring injury for majority of the season and still had over 1600 yards rushing and looked faster than most people on the field WHILE being injured at the same time...

And barely practiced in the offseason due to being suspended until the lawsuit was settled. That's probably the reason he had lingering injuries to start with, missing camp and not being in "football shape"

Completely invalidates the dopey list.

and Christian McCaffrey.

Its based off draft projections. There is no way 3 rbs are going in the top 10.

Ah, I missed that. Still, Dalvin should be on that list. He's a different player than Fournette, but I think hes just as good.

If Brad goes out, he gets drafted before Cook and probably Fournette, who is the one RB going in early 1st round. NFL is QB hungry beyond belief. Cook will not go top ten -- RBs just not that valued in NFL today.

Elliot may go top 10 tomorrow and Cook is even better.
