He would not have been a culture fit at all in Miami. Good coach, but the type that would be at his best in the middle of no where where he can just focus on football and not worry about anything else. Its one of the reason why Bud Foster and a few other assistants are staying on at VaTech, so he doesn't have to worry about changing the culture or glad-handing boosters/BOT members, he can just come in and worry about football.
