Just Winning is Not Enough

Playoffs?

That would mean winning out, then beating Clemson to get in the picture.

Besides orange and green glasses, what else is even marginally indicative of our prospects to achieve said?

We need to fill in holes everywhere, especially the QB position. We can start there, tonight, to fulfilling our goal.

Now these **** ACC teams, should be used as our sparring partners. Whip they’re *** and everyone will be on notice. At least in the ACC. The chance of another title will be on the horizon.

P.S. we didn’t almost make the playoffs. We didn’t even come close. Clemson showed us how far off we were.
When you are ranked #2 with one game left in the regular season, you can almost smell the playoffs. Now I agree, we were not as good as our record last year. However, we were close.

I know that the clown show CIS has anointed Perry after one good outing against a horrific team. I love his potential but need to see a whole lot more.

Right now, we’re a good team with a lot of question marks at important spots. I’d love to win the Coastal again and go from there.
I need to see more as well. I have seen enough of Rosier, so at least we have a snowball’s chance in **** to make some noise. We have no clue how Perry will do in big games, but good QBs shred bad teams. Something we haven’t seen in a while. Perry can at least do that.

If we beat Clemson in the ACCCG while going undefeated the rest of the way to get there, no voter will be looking at the FIU score. Maybe if Clemson crashed and burned during the season and BC won the Atlantic and we beat them, voters would give our other scores a second look. But if we beat Clemson, those scores don't matter, just whether we won.

Clemson might not be there at the end. Lawrence is a true freshman without a proven replacement.

The living legend speaking the truth, as always.

We aren’t a playoff team. Beating these bad teams doesn’t erase the taint of that LSU loss. Let’s win the coastal, that’s a realistic goal. Even that has been difficult for us for many years.
Listen to the Legend, John. He’ll never steer you wrong.

We weren’t close because we stood zero chance of beating Clemson, and we lost our last regular season game to a bad team. Close would be if we beat Pitt and lost to Clemson by one score in a tight game. But go ahead and dig your heels in.

WTF don't you understand? We were ONE PLAYER AWAY from beating Pitt.

Last season Clemson clown stomped Miami in the ACCCG if they can make it back and give Clemson a better game I believe that could help recruiting and well wont hurt to go to another major bowl game which hopefully we can win this time and making that will keep the football team up their in the pre season rankings because hate to tell you all this but the ACCCG matters in the eyes of the nation probably not to us Canes fans much but it matters to the rest of college football.

Lawrence is the truth but Dabo might have done us a favor by running Bryant off. We can't handle running QBs. Just look what that scrub Surrat did tonight on the ground.

I'm with these posters taking it one game at a time and one goal at a time. We won our first conference game of the year, decisively. Against a division opponent, no less. Let's focus on the Coastal and then the championship game. Rankings and SOS work out by November.

I think a Perry led offense will win us the Division. End of story.
