There's a huge gap between micromanaging and telling a coach he can't hire his 0 experience son to coach the most important position on the Football team.

Telling a coach you're trying to court which position coaches he can and cannot hire is micromanaging. Especially when it is extremely obvious said head coach will be doing most of the coaching at that position. Y'all seem to forget the real QB coach was Richt Sr.

I'm not sure if you've ever worked in a big corporation, but that's not how it works.

Haha, my 7 yo daughter just looked over my shoulder and watched this video. She knew exactly what it was and started showing me how the "dance" was done. And we had him as our QB corch.
 
Seems like a very nice but silly guy who should have paid his dues or at least shown joe Brady level savantness at a young age before getting the job. Horrible hire.

The lowlight was last year his dad bragging on national tv how jon was responsible for us getting jarren williams. How does that look now with all the problems that kid caused?
