- JJ didnt have those ties and he was fine
I want coaches that can develop talent ----- they do that, kids go to the NFL, that happens ---- you become a top 10 team every year

Agreed. They don't have to already HAVE connections as much as they need to be able to CREATE connections. Coaches change all the time, even in HS.

This man has had a Top 10 defense for the last 4 years covering at two different schools (Utah State and Wisconsin). He should be Miami's next DC! Keep in mind those were defenses built with 2* & 3* players.

Dave Aranda's D uses really small fast players. It's basically a 3-4 with 4-3 personnel.
Top three in both total and scoring defense. Top ten D at Utah State, then top 10 D immediately at Wisky.
Paranos' obsession is justified. You get Aranda with our talent and we are talking #1 D in the country.

we dont have the players coming out of high school strong enough for this system.
his defense would take years to be succesful here because of the recruitintg base.
