I just gotta know; how in tf did u find out this was his land lord? And don’t most land lords live off premise?

I'm more interested in, is his apartment neat and clean? Does he play stereo loud after 10 pm? Does he pick up after dog? Does he park between the lines, not occupying more than one space? Does he discharge his firearm outside esp. late at night? Is his rent timely? Does he carry out the garbage regularly? Does he throw his pizza crust down on the parking lot? Does his dope smell come out the apartment windows?

These are character issues that are relevant to the NFL.
