Don't skimp on the sound system. Home stereo in a box is for suckers. Go at least with a seven channel system if not nine. Spend the money on the center channel and main front speakers. Skimp on the satellites if need be.

A great idea is if you have a 30 year fixed mortgage is to amortize your loan at 15 years and pay it off in with that schedule. If not, approximately the first 9 years with be interest only which is not a good thing.

More people need taught about this. I suggest in HS.

Maybe someone has an extra poster of the Orange Bowl, etc. that was given to those of us who attended the last game there against VA. who BTW soundly beat us. I had mine nicely framed & it is on the "wall of fame" in my family room along with a lot of other memorbellia from the U. representing great days of yore!!!
