Yeah I don't really get this at all. If I'm a search firm getting billed by the hour/flat fee to do background research and evaluate the AD market, I would care very little if the program I'm working with decides to interview and hire a candidate that I don't think would be a good fit. As long as they're paying me, they're paying me.What in the actual fvck of fvcks is happening here? The background-checkers are overruling the resume evaluators?
This makes no ******* sense.
Agreed. If this is true, the only explanation would be the search firm only gets paid if one of their candidates gets the job and Jurich is not one of their candidates.I know what happened, Jurich submitted his resume on Indeed and LinkedIn before he also submitted it on Turnkey, and now Turnkey won't get a commission...
Correct and that is their position as the trusted firm. Right or wrong, you have to respect they were hired for this. Why ******* hire a firm if Jurich is who you wanted.Search firm works for the school not the other way around.
Why? And who do you want?I don’t want Jurich personally so hopefully we take the advice of the search firm
CYAWonder who all they have interviewed. Have to think they weren’t thrilled if they are doubling back on Jurich.
