I’d have Young at Flanker & Harrell at Field, with Kirk as the first in behind Young.

But in Dawson’s Offense at HTown, he had 4 WR’s with over 450yds & 40+ targets a piece last season.

So between Harrell, Kirk, Young & the trio at Slot, plus the TE’s, there will be plenty of options & variations for WR groupings.

Plus you can move Harrell around to all 3 spots.

Im not going to pretend to know the new offense yet and that will steer the decision to some extent, but I think he can contribute more than just a specialist. He isnt a one trick pony and our wr group isnt good or deep enough imo to limit him as a specialist if healthy. To me, Brashard seems like a specialist. I think Harrell has a little more to offer from what little tape Ive seen. But, wtfdik.

Competition is the name of the game & until he leaves no doubt in the Coaches minds with his play, they’re gonna find someone who can step up & make plays.

The WR room has gotten exponentially better in just 48 hours.

The passing attack is getting a big time infusion of Speed & good hands catchers who can actually create separation with their stems & beat Press Man coverage, something we haven’t had in years.

This kid’s releases & route running are next level, even as a JUCO he’s got very good footwork & his acceleration in the open field after the catch is big time. With him & Harrell, we just got 2 YAC-Savages who are dangerous playmakers. Both are PR guys too, so we’re getting some potential Gamebreakers in the return game as well.

TVD will have an assortment of weapons to target & this Offense will push the fckin Ball down the field.

The days of dusty old Sludge Offense are over!

Great post! I totally agree. Kid is the goods.

Adding him and Harrell just updated our WR room in a major way. If they can both stay healthy, they will eat a plenty.

Speed is FINALLY back on our roster in a big way. Harrell, Chris Johnson, Kirk, Ray Ray, and Robby are all speed merchants.

Also, this offense can be scary good if our starting OL can stay healthy, and perform like we think that they can.
