Josh was committed to Alabama and LSU
only to head to prep school and now he is
at Resurfaced at a JUCO school

Rivals.. He has the canes in the top 3 with
Florida and Arizona State,

What do you guys think....

This kid does have skills...is a former 4* recruit...

Would love to pick him up. Would be a great pickup with Cleveland, Walford and Sandland leaving in the next 2 years. Would give us a capable TE with Dobard for a year or 2 after they leave.

I'll take anyone who will produce at a high level when out there or push the guy in front of him to work harder

my juco tight end appetite will depend on Beau Sandland, a demigod on this board prior to his commitment.

this. I know we all wanted him to be the next shockey but he's been struggling a little bit so I'm with you on whether or not i want to go all in on believing in another juco/prep te to be the next Bubba Franks, Shockey, Olsen, etc.

Knew this was gonna happen with Sandland. Dude hasn't even played a down of football yet and because he hasn't been the love child of Dallas Clark/Shockey in practice...he's already a "disappointment"

Smdh

So predictable

JerzeyCane, I wouldnt say the poster is dissappointend. But when Beau "Sandman" Sandland (Yes, this guy got his own nickname BEFORE stepping one foot on Greentree. Are we giving up too soon or are we crowning him too soon?) committed to us we had very high expectations. If he does not live up to those expectations, it will start putting a sour taste in my mouth at least, about taking JUCO TEs. Not saying we should never do it again..But I would rather just sign and develop HSs prospects. Like Clive Walford. Who I expect to have a big year. JMO.

We already have O'Donnell Dont need him..

Yeah.. We all remember the Chase Ford experiment.. I wont rush to judge but Ford experiment was a failure..

Just like getting a stud out of high school, it can happen anywhere I just didnt get blown away by the kid before but if the staff likes him now ill take him

If he's seriously interested and we have space I would take him, but I'm guessing he is SEC bound based on his known interest in Alabama and LSU previously. Also, Is McNeil better than Ravian Pierce? I would not take him over a comparable SF player.

I dont think he is to be honest but I will say he's built better
