This is college football. Can't sit on players and let them develop. Just need to keep churning through these types.
Yep, where 5-10yrs ago these type of kids who have had to wait there turns or been Injuried have a solid Sr year and then leave. If you aren’t a rotational player where you are at you are going to find a place to play.

UNC. Next wish he could’ve stayed healthy enough to see what he could do but we will be fine he never was healthy anyway

Today’s college football… nice paychecks for talent but eventually that talent needs to produce. We aren’t the Yankees or dodgers with F.U money… reallocation of money.

Plus let’s be honest we have a nice two deep I think at DT right now with has some great talent and showed production.
We do? I see three guys - Scott, Blay, and Moten - and none of those looks like an AA. We already needed depth there. Now we need depth and a starting caliber guy.

Thought he’d be a player coming out of HS, but seemed always nicked up an unavailable. Would assume he got passed by young DTs. He & HS quarterback Air Noland have underwhelmed.

Can't keep paying for guys that aren't playing. This was the beginning of year 3 and STILL fighting the injury bug. Realistically, funds have to be dispersed to fill out the roster at a number of positions. If we acquire an experienced, rotational DT for a fraction of the cost, that would be a net gain. Let Mario cook.

If this kid can get more money somewhere else, more power to him. Somebody’s gotta be real desperate to pay a ton for a kid who never saw the field. And if he’s leaving bc he got passed up, that’s even worse
