We have two on the sidelines right now- nobody else who is looked at as a big contributor is out for the season....Miami plays in the awful ACC, some of these posters need to tighten up their skirts.

I watched warmups. Guys were slipping and sliding all over the place trying to warm up and make cuts. Had a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach from the moment I seen that.

He did not have shoulder surgery during the week of FAMU. They were waiting for the swelling to go down and then they were going to take a closer look. I'll try to find out if anything was done last week.
 
I hate it for both those guys.

Brown is a great back and Moore was looking real good.

Time for some guys to step up and make a name for themselves.

This is true.
He was very important in setting a tone with physicality and knowing his role in short yardage / goal line offense.
We will also miss his hands as an underrated receiver in the backfield both on designed plays and check downs.

Hopefully Mallory and Pringle can eventually share those responsibilities and roles.
 
current injury attrition rate is pretty bad through 3 games. at this rate, this roster will be a shell of itself by November 1st. whats frustrating is we all knew this would be the only thing that could derail this season. Todays news magnifies that Cam Vaughn did not pan out.

Basically have 2 bye weeks in the next 3 weeks and only 2 road games the rest of the year after that window (obviously one of those is a big one).

Lucas will come back, Toney, Fletcher, Mensah, and Moten will be fine.

Biggest thing in my mind that could help is OJ making it back for the last game or 2. Moore and Brown are horrible losses, but we can overcome it. The OL playing the way they're playing is more concerning than the injuries.
 
Did someone put a curse on us? We already had a lot of injuries, then in one game against a half-way decent team, we get more significant blows.

Any more games against teams with articial turf? I hate that stuff.

One thing I noticed, Indiana's LT is now starting for KC. He wasn't drafted or signed as an UDFA. Indiana had more talent than anyone gave them credit for. It just wasn't our year/time. Not sure this year is our year even with some elite NFL types.

Indiana was a very good team and well coached. Miami self-induced errors both on the field and the sideline cost us #6.
 
Moore's final play of the season involved him flopping to try and draw a penalty while we ran the clock out. He appeared to hurt his shoulder a play or two prior, but if that flop is what caused him to hurt his shoulder so badly that he's now out for the season, then that's unfortunate.

My biggest shock, Mario still hasn’t addressed special teams. All night the FG kicker had been kicking them low. The punter will have one blocked due to blocking. Pringle came to a complete stop when catching kick offs.

Definitely one of the worst comments in this thread. Because we played more games than usual and went to the championship game our guys didn’t have time recover? They had less time than usual? It’s not too late to delete this one
