He tried to attack south Florida all wrong. All of this should've been done from the get go. He is in a very unique place and he treated it like he could plug and play his way of doing things and it would just all work.

How about hiring PROVEN coaches with EXPERIENCE....the U is not some internship where you learn as u go. Fat Al has now hired two position coaches with ZERO college coaching experience.....what other team does this? Let alone a 5 time national champion!!

First off, read the post...I said HIGH SCHOOL HIRES. Is Darrow a high school coach? The point is that he ALSO has no experience in actual recruiting or coaching but let's just hope he does well because he does such a great job reporting about recruits....idiot.
