Jordan Seaton to Portal to Knoxville Car Wreck Guy (LSU)

Keeping it a buck, that gets old and would turn many players off. Acting thirsty to many would not be a good look. If I said, “Thanks for the visit, I would think things over and get back to you” I would mean that and hope to be respected.

You ever had one of those annoying pushy salesmen? You can’t even think because they all in your face.
It definitely can be annoying, it just depends on what this player and family thinks

Agreed. Can we expect Mario to fly up to ATL and join the party? When it comes to recruiting, Mario doesn't take a backseat to anyone.

I think you read the room and check the temperature. Lane is coming off like a sleazy used care salesman. It hard to trust guys like him, especially one that walked away from his team the way he did.

LSU mod no longer confident

Just a pure assumption..looks like we might not be the biggest offer but we are the best opportunity (who wouldn’t want to be a millionaire in Miami playing for a national title runner-up right?) and that’s why we are still in it. I just can’t see a scenario where we are the highest bid and he wouldn’t pull the trigger by now. I think Oregon is out..just seemed like a courtesy meeting... I think it’s LSU or us.

I hear ya, but I wouldn’t count Oregon out. They usually win bidding wars, and sometimes out of nowhere.

I doubt that. He's just using all his leverage and rightfully so

Hopefully this kid is smart enough to make a rest of life decision, not just a 9 month decision. If the money is close, would you rather compete for a championship, go top 10 with proven development, have ties to Miami or chase a little more money and risk it all?

I have to admit, Seaton doesn't seem like the type of "no nonsense" OL that Mario likes...

But I imagine we have a strong enough culture in that room that he'll get in line when he's here...

Apparently oregon fans say he almost chose them out of highschool
