More athletic? Disagree.

Samson and Cantwell played bad competition in high school. I'm not sure Cantwell is ready. Cici played at IMG and played against top notch competition which helped him be a day 1 starter. Cantwell, like Samson, don't have that.

Jesus christ. This is a professional run organization now. Of course if Cantwell is a bust he won't just start because he's making a lot of money.

BUT... We are paying him all that money because we have a belief and an expectation that he will start as a true freshman. If he does not, that is poor allocation of resources for the 2026 season.

It won't be a poor allocation of resources because he's going to start and be just fine.

Youre trying to flip the argument. Sneaky but that doesnt work on me.

Whatever the case may be, idc what anybody says, if he starts, its because he earned it and is the best option. Not because he makes a lot of money like somebody said above.

Im not disputing he is good. Nor that is making that much money because he is good.

My dispute is people saying that he will start bc he makes a lot of money. That will never be the case.

He will not be starting because of his pay. This is practically indisputable.

Best chance to go far in playoffs and improve draft stock even more - check
Best chance to win - check
Best location - check

You do realize he is also one of the best shot put throwers in the country right? He's a powerful, athletic freak.

Yes, I do realize that. Also, it takes limited altheticism to throw a shotput. Form and maximizing your functional strength are the two most important factors.

The kid is tossing up 500 pounds I don’t care who he plays against in highschool that big and strong he’s pancaking them .

LSU, Miami and Oregon have all been in the mix to land Colorado transfer OL Jordan Seaton.

He remains the highest-ranked unsigned player in the NCAA Transfer Portal. Seaton is the No. 1 offensive lineman and a Top 5 overall prospect on the On3 Industry Transfer Portal player rankings.

The Tigers have already signed the No. 1 ranked transfer in Arizona State transfer quarterback Sam Leavitt and the No. 3 ranked transfer in Ole Miss EDGE rusher Princewill Unmanmielen.

Now, they're one of the last teams standing here for Seaton, who checks in as the No. 5 overall prospect in the portal rankings.

With multiple days to mull things over following his departure from LSU on Tuesday, two trusted sources with knowledge of his recruitment tell me Seaton is now inching towards a decision. From what I have gathered, he told the teams that have pursued him that a decision should come at some point on Friday.

I am not moving my On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM) pick off LSU at this stage, but I can say that a trusted source who has some knowledge of how things have been unfolding behind the scenes feels this is now going to end up being LSU or Oregon as the choice - but within the past hour, nothing was signed yet. Of course, Seaton picking Miami would not surprise me in the least.

When I have more, y'all will have it right away!
