His QB is Ryan Day’s son. I’d imagine he’s a Buckeye if they want him, but I love that this staff will pick a fight in anyone’s backyard for a player.

We're about to enter the heart of recruiting season for the next three months. Here is the latest from the Hecht:

- While Texas A&M should be considered the favorite, Miami remains in contact with OT Mark Matthews (St. Thomas Aquinas). The Canes are also in contact with OT Oluwasemilore Olubobola (Jersey City, NJ). Both of those situations could move fast.

- In terms of the big name guys, communication is particularly strong with CB Gabe Osborne (Oklahoma City, OK) and DT David Folorunsho (Chicago, IL).

I was told we like him a few weeks ago. I didn't know who he was so I had to Google him, then. I didn't know he plays with Day's son.

Nice way of saying he' s not white. :ROFLMAO: I'm not joking either btw.

Buckeye buddy of mine (white guy in his 70's) told me Day likes to keep the TE Room as white as possible to appease certain boosters.

I’m curious about this too but it happens. The #1 pick who won the Heisman is from Coral Gables.
