Jojo and Lyle's Impact vs UF

I have pretty low expectations regarding Trader. When you have a guy like Smith lined up elsewhere on the field, it's easy to get targets and put up stats. Smith would eat up a lot of coverage, leaving him one on one. Lots of second WR's put up stats when you've got an all world WR taking most of the coverage.

So I was skeptical since then. I didn't watch entire games to see how he did out there, how talented he really was, and I admit I'm not an expert like I would've been 20 years ago when I would do all of that. I was just playing the percentages. It is rare you have two baller *** college receivers from the same team. It happens and I hope it happens wirh him. I'm not writing him off, I hope he's part of that low percentage that balls out as the far and away second receiver. Yes, injuries happen, hope he recovers too. We'll see and I'll be happy with what he can give.

To be clear, I don't blame you. It's spring hype by Canes media that got everyone wild. I just don't like the "what's the obsession with" post when you were feeling that obsession 5 months ago.

Why not? Bama/OSU/UGA/CLEM all did and it worked out just fine for them.

Malachai and Jojo along with veteran CJ.

Add a WR1 on the outside and we're cooking with Crisco.

True unfortunately, ND secondary treated him like a rag doll ! He has to man up like alllll the other receivers starting tomorrow.

People questioning Jojo have short term memories.

What do Arroyo, Beck, Bain, Mesidor, Fletch, Chase and Lofton have in common? We questioned the readiness to perform for each and every one of them because of injuries. But they were playmakers who just needed to get healthy.

Jojo was a baller in HS. It wasn’t just because he was teammates with Smith and Bailey. He was a superstar himself. Kid was a walking highlight. And the guys who actually watched him in the Spring said he was often the best WR on the field among some clearly talented guys.

Just get him healthy. If that means he has only a few or no snaps vs UF so be it. He has two more weeks before FSU and league play.

Nah, he transferred in and thats why they were on same team. Before that he was BALLIN on state champ Central team and was ranked #1 soph in country after scoring TDs on both sides of ball in state title game.. Dont think Smith was lined up somewhere else eating up coverage when he was housing ****.. Cmon man..

He been that dude, he just need to get on field. Injuries happen, look at Arroyo before last season.. Now if its other knucklehead stuff Idk but some of ya be discounting people because they get a bad case of injury luck.. Let the kid see the field and judge after that.
