Any chance we can somehow get Jeff Garcia's wife on campus? I'm drunk and just don't care anymore where I post this.

Can't lose Dixon, Rudolph, Ermon, Sony, and Cook. SMH. Hopefully a couple pick UM.

a couple like yearby, valentine, chad Thomas, etc. We are getting our fair share.

The others that chose to go to other schools will always be looking at their closest friends ball out at the U.

While I understand your point we are getting several of dade's best players.

No OV. No commitment.

Corn Elder and Michael Wyche don't agree.

Wyche is coming on an official.

And elder was a post signing day offer, which is a completely different situation. That is similar to Jawand, who was a last minute offer when Northrup bailed to FSU.

Name one guy who was offered during the recruiting season, chose not to take an official visit, then signed w/ UM. I can't think of one.

I hope all you guys are right, but not taking an OV raises huge red flags for me. So I would not expect him to commit to us.

Agreed.

Sure a guy can sign without taking an OV but it sure as **** doesn't happen often, especially a big time recruit.

Dixon has been to campus tons of times though so it is a unique situation.

The news comes at the perfect time for high school football players who are considering Miami. Dwyer senior wide receiver Johnnie Dixon, who is the No. 2 prospect on the PBGametime recruiting Big Board, is one of those recruits.

“It didn’t hurt them that much,” said Dixon, who listed Miami in his top five Tuesday. “I wasn’t really worried about the sanctions.”

Dixon will announce his decision on Nov. 30, adding that he expects to receive a call from Golden soon to talk about Tuesday’s news.

“Johnnie has always been a Hurricanes fan,” Dwyer coach Jack Daniels said. “Whether they were on NCAA probation or not, I don’t think it was going to affect his decision. I’ve personally always thought that Miami was Johnnie’s favorite.”

I'm on the "no official" train, unfortunately. If we're your favorite, just commit now.

I'd like to view this with excitement, but I don't trust a word that comes out of this man's mouth.
