Then why was Skai Moore offered on signing day and not sooner if the staff knew?

Skai Moore was talking with UM during the last 2 weeks before NSD... Golden never wanted him Barrow basically begged Golden to offer the kid because like Blue he would commit on the spot. Golden played it wrong and finally offered 2 days before NSD but Moore said no thanks he already had his papers to sign with South Carolina.. They knew Thomas wasn't coming a few days before Signing day..

I have a buddy on the staff and all of this is 100% true to what I was told. I was told at the beginning of January that the staff would take Kirkland if it helped them with Thomas, but they weren't really that high on him. Once they found out Thomas wasn't coming they basically gave Kirkland the ultimatum. And they thought Thomas was still coming very very close to NSD.

This is almost certainly how it went down, and what many speculated at the time. It was pretty obvious considering the staff's sudden decision to force Kirkland's hand shortly after Coley got here.

Because their very reactionary...and thought they could pull the same junk that they pulled when they got Juwan Blue not expecting that Moore was locked and loaded to usc and lost almost all interest after the months of wanting to be a cane.

Matt Thomas had to be coaxed into taking a middle of the week visit to um...was indifferent in coming to the big basketball game...and ice and them may have talked him into coming to us instead of uga where he wanted to trip...they just f'd up the whole Matt Thomas situation. Al took that L like a man i guess....from the early summer rumors of Thomas being a fsu silent..to the kid not even answerings Barrows calls..and them( Ice and son) having to coax him into considering Miami i dont know how they saw that kid as coming.

i have been indiferrent on Dixon from the jump....i wont have any faith in him until his fax is in...
right now i see that kid going to OSu...and i have been saying it for some time.....

I like Ermon Lane more so than him...so i want to go for the Lane flip from Go Gator.

I'm so indifferent on Dixon i havent even watched film on him as i dont see a dwyer kid here...kind of gotta see it to believe it thing with me.
