Would assume John Ruiz and his merry band of lawyers worked through, talked through and thought through all of this before going through the effort and expense of launching a sports law firm.

But now that he is starting a agency, does that conflict in how much or if he even offer a HS or transfer players who already have representation, and chooses not to sign with him?

Do agents now steer their clients elsewhere for NIL in fear that Ruiz will try and steal them.

I can just see some potential issues here with recruits..
