Joe Jackson taking his time

If he is projected in the first 3 rounds he needs to go make his money. No need to think about it, this is not a Macintosh Norton situation, where they are borderline NFL. It will not be a mistake to go unlike Boulware.

False. He has the talent, physicality, and athleticism to go in the first round. He should stay, continue his upward trajectory that we started to see toward the end of the regular season, and get that 1st round pick.

If he shows well at combines, 2nd round. Needs to run sub 4.8, though.

I mean this dline is stacked this year next year he could easily go first round food for thought.

But I understand if he wants that check now if he is a second round grade

Clemson had 4 guys come back. One time let us get a god **** break. Come play your way into the first round & win an ACC ship with your brothers Big Joe !

I can understand if he leaves but I hope he comes back. Jackson IMO is a 2nd or 3rd rounder but if he came back he would be a 1st round lock . So if you can survive with a few million just 1 more year you can make a ton more money.

He is a first round talent all day. He’s had first rounder production as a pass rusher over three years and he’s good against the run.

He’s more of a second-round pick this year because of the historic depth at the position. If he comes back, he can climb high.

Just my guess.
That’s the highest grade I’ve gotten on him as well, with a few scouts telling me 4th round. Obviously this is before testing but I don’t see him going higher than late 2nd as an absolute best case scenario

He has a 1st/2nd round body/build, but he's just too stiff IMO. I see Garvin as an earlier pick.

Maybe but garvin didn’t show he was a better pass rusher than joe Jackson has ever been at Miami. He might have a better bend but joe still knows how to get after the qb with power mostly and occasionally speed as well as indicated by his 24 sacks in 3 years. Was pretty surprised garvin only had 6 sacks or so this year, thought it would be more

Definitely disagree. He's nowhere near athletic enough to be a 1st round DE IMO.
