One thing LSU or most NFL positions can't offer, Coming Home. Longing for home is a very big deal in coaching to consider.

NFL HC positions for a 30 yr old college passing game coordinator? I know the whole Whiff Cingsberry thing happened but let's not get crazy here.

Maybe if he wouldn't be "coming home" to a dumpster fire. Why would he leave such a stable position in Baton Rouge, with far more talent than we currently have, to hitch his wagon to a coaching staff that might get canned at the end of 2020?

Too many parallel situations through many different coaching carousels to say it could never happen. I don't think likely, but there is a shot.

Also, we need a button that means "Fair" or "Fair Point". I don;t agree but don't hate it either haha
 
You’re not out bidding the charity thieves.
They’ll start working with the cartels to pay for him if they have too. He would have to want to come here for that to happen. We wouldn’t be the only ones shopping for him either. You think saban hasn’t knocked on that door either?

It would be a slam dunk, home-run hire, and I like where your heads at. But there's just no way he's leaving -- LSU is already working on an extension that will make him one of the highest paid assistants in college.

Sucks, but there are other guys out there that would do well in this job. Gotta find Joe Brady before he becomes THE Joe Brady, ya know?

No doubt, a lot of good coaches, we just have to get with the times whoever we hire.
