Joe Brady (Buffalo Bills OC) projected to be PSU HCoach

The question then becomes will PSU have the patience to wait until Jan-Feb to make the hire while the Bills are in the playoffs.

Will CFB teams wait out NFL guys when there is now only one portal to reshape the roster in the offseason?

I have trouble buying that. When there was talk about him coming here as the first OC I was told he didn’t like the college game. He was much more interested in the NFL.
Brady knows the NFL is a much easier job. Guys like him fail in college. Too reasonable of a person. You need a psycho at the helm

college head coach contracts are more favorable than pro contracts- just look at these buy-outs after you are fired. its criminal

At the coaching candidates being speculated on why even fire Franklin at this point lmao
I don't believe it will be Brady, but imagine having to justify paying what will end up being north of 50 million in buyouts for Franklin and his staff just to end up with Brady. That is insane. Just wasting millions

This was a thing??
When Mario was hired he had two choices initially ... Joe Brady and Dorsey (who was in line for the Bills OC position). Brady declined, wanted nothing to do with college football and the recruiting drama, Dorsey eventually declined (due to getting the Bills job) ... and Dorsey actually hired Brady later on. Brady had a miraculous season at LSU as passing game coordinator ... the OC turned play calling over to him in ALL 3RD DOWN AND RED ZONE SITUATIONS. Their 3rd down and red zone conversion / scoring % skyrocketed over the prior season.
