JJ Come Home

He has a NC but you know Miami and Miami fans will never let him forget about this. He ll be forgotten in Ohio in a few years and after this loss he will never be embraced fully like Bain, Toney, Fletcher when he decides to move back to Miami. This should be a wake up call to South Florida athletes. The same thing happened with Shemar, they knew they were playing on the wrong side.

This keeps getting repeated.

Maybe it was the same game plan as Indiana - let JSmith get his and nobody else gets ****.

Bro!! That almost back fired! We had a kid that has rarely played on him last night on 4th down inside the red zone! I would’ve been fine with Innis and Tate beating us. They’re NO where as talented and physically imposing as Smith! He literally carried them last night!

Being there live doesn’t do Smith justice. He was open a couple of times deep and Sayin couldn’t see him with the pressure.

You do NOT let Smith beat you. Thank goodness we took a big lead early and held on. They started going quick passing game after a while.

PAY HEATHERMAN FIRST!!!!

Keep him here for at least one to two more cycles. JJ is not a priority. There are enough talented kids coming up who will substitute for his talents. But Heatherman is another Brent Venables. We need to remember that while Offense wins games, Defense wins Championships.

Heatherman is an Absolute Priority. As I always say, hit up the Gulf Cartel if necessary to pay him a bonus and hire what Assistants he wants.
Hetherman is THAT GUY! Almost blew it last night, letting Smith get off a little too much last night, but he’s transformed this defense in one season! They’re some head hunters for sure! Our LB’s have finally started making plays as well. Cut the check Mario! Love this team!

Anyone saying no is just being emotional lol
Agreed. He thought Emory was going to be our QB when he committed to the bad guys.

He could be the best player in college football. Of course you take him if you can. That said it might be more rational to spend our money at other positions.

And anyone crying out for this kid to come here next year when we just beat him and are two wins away from a national title doesn't know how to appreciate what's staring them in the face.

We haven't been this close to the mountaintop in 25 years. I'm gonna choose not to care about the 1% chance a kid transfers here and instead choose to praise and focus on the 100 kids that trusted Mario and let their actions back up their words that they wanted to be Canes.

Exactly. Tired of hearing about this kid transferring home. He made his choice and it's worked out for him great up until last night.

Let him stay there and finish his career.

Yo, dude was their entire offense and yall wouldn't want that athlete playing here if he came next season?!?!?! Wild take. mario and dawson would roll out the red carpet tomorrow.
Who wouldn’t want JJ. but he turned his back on us and we already proved we DONT NEED HIM TO WIN. We have dawgs here that want to be here. That want to give everything they got for the city and the team. He didn’t believe in this team or coaching staff. Let him have that bull**** up there
