Lane is a proverbial 2-3 loss guy at ole miss. That’s as good as it gets in terms of “doing less with more”.

Elko turned Duke around as a program. That’s the definition of doing less than more.

Logic would tell you that those guys would do well with a lot more talent.
HOW IS WINNING 10 GAMES AT OLE MISS DOING LESS WITH MORE?!

Cmon, ya just be saying anything, Lane has chance to do it twice in last few years, at freakin ole miss in the SEC WEST

Why is everyone in love with Elko? Cause he won 6 games a Duke?
If not for game winning plays that referees ignored against UNC last night and last year, Elko has two additional wins.

He came into a terrible situation in terms of depth and top end, and has gone 15-8. He is the prime example of near-maximization of roster talent in CFB.

He worked his way up through the ranks as an assistant and coordinator, in various geographies, varied conferences, public and private schools.

His resume speaks for itself.

Never said losing is good just saying the misery is beyond annoying it’s been 20 years of mediocre teams. Just saying u should be used to it at this point haha we are what we are of Mario gets us back if not onto another coach in 3 years and start the process over again

Perfect.

You continue to be apathetic and keep smiling.

That’s not me.

Norvell does make a ton of sense. That FSU roster is about to lose a lot of people and with the conference issue in play.

Writing was on the wall, and this is in no way a surprise. Everyone knows A&M has a ton of loot and they’re not paying that kind of money for bowl eligibility.
Friend of mine who's a Texas Tech alum told me that A&M has more money than UT, which surprised me bc i always assumed the longhorns were the richest school in Texas.
