I'd argue its equally stressful with different tasks, if not more stressful.

Certain coaches took it to extremes. Vince Lombardi didn't speak with his family and Joe Gibbs outright held meetings till 3 am and slept there on numerous occasions.

As a Vikings fan it pains me to say it, but I bet there’s a handshake agreement for the GB DC job.

However, I understand it wasn't the right time, right place for Jim Leonhard and Wisconsin.

I can't help but think there are plenty of G5 head coaching jobs he can go to to get his sea legs for a bigger job. I don't think Wisconsin made a mistake by passing on him...they needed something different even if Leonhard was a good coordinator candidate. He can get a gig in the NFL, too, I'm sure as a coordinator.
