Jhavonte Dean update

JJ will be at FS and y'all are going to love him there.

Sometimes it's not about being 4.3. Knowing where you're going is WAY more important and his instincts are excellent. No problem with him back there in space. Doesn't make crippling mistakes either. Not to mention, it's easier to put a freshman closer to the LOS than further.

Always remember, mistakes at free safety are often touchdowns.

FS still need a good burst which is something JJ doesn't really have, elite IQ, good tackler yes, needs to be in the box

JJ aint that fast yall he needs to be a SS

I rarely say this but he has the instincts to make up for his speed. I dont recall one play this year where I saw him a step slow to the ball or to the defender... He has a quick first step and a quick burst and he plays fast..now if he has to chase a fast wr down that aint happening. But he is a beast I wouldnt mind him at FS.. but the other safety has to be 4.5

Banana in the tail pipe. I bet Bama puts a stop to his visit. Need to land edwards

Bama doesn't need them. They have enough talent in the roster plus recruits that a JUCO doesn't make sense for them. He will be a Cane.

I agree with his IQ and instincts are elite, i dont see the burst imo

I think next year this is the type of defense that could mask major deficiencies in a secondary. However our secondary, especially if we can add this kid, will be far from a deficiency. I expect them to get the opportunity to be an aggressive, ballhawking group and this kid could be a huge part of it.

CB. Young and Dean
S. JJ and [ ? ]

I really think moving Redwine to that second safety spot is the best move. Those 4 should be our starters. Let the young guys get time behind these experienced guys.

Most definitely moving Redwine was huge. He couldn't quite handle CB but should be a very good fit at safety. We will see. I love a potential starting secondary of Young, Dean, Johnson with the unknown being the free safety spot.

I have no clue why it seems so **** difficult to land both considering the PT available in this fun to play in aggressive bloodthirsty defense. I didn't even mention the tremendous opportunity that DB's will have playing behind this insane front seven. So many opportunities for interceptions and PBU's. These two kids would be nuts not to come here.

Banana in the tail pipe? Really? Dumb. The visit has been setup for almost a month if it hasn't been cancelled yet than I doubt Bama is going do anything.

Redwine not a safety. He'll take over for Colbert at that spot. Not sure why people keep pushing safety on him. He has never shown safety ability imo

Edwards may not get an offer from UF because their cb commit Blades looks to be solid now do the chances of both coming may be better then many thinks
