DL showed consistent improvement over the course of the season. Nesta showed some pass rush technique not seen elsewhere in his film. He and Willis are a before and after of what Miami DLs should look like.

Still got to see how he closes in recruiting but he’s been really good as a coach this year imo

Agreed. Had the guys playing big boy football all year.

Now, let's hope he can recruit as well as he coaches.

Willis was so dominate the year I'm worried how we will look with out him next year. Didn't hear any other DT names much this year in the backfield.

lol That’s bc Gerald Willis was that much of a **** BEAST.... he gets in the backfield so **** fast it’s at an all time level of greatness.

Our other DTs don’t have time to get there the play is over already. The last person I can remember that had a comparable level of impact from the DT position was Aaron Donald and Suh before him.

If I’m missing somebody y’all can say so but no other DT in cfb right now brought the level of impact that Willis did from the position... not even close.

And Ed Oliver...the best dt I seen since Aaron Donaldson!

Now, if only Richt can find and hire an equivalent at OC. Well, first question should be: Will Richt recognize the need for a legit OC?
