Jeff Thomas will be a Fresman AA like he stated he would

Let's hope it continues.

Love his separation and breakaway speed.

It should open things up for whoever lines up next to him in formations too.
 
FYI I was the 1st one on this site that said Jeff will be a freshman all american and I stand by that prediction

That release is saucy booooyyyyy, he comes out like a backed up nut on that release. kid is going to be a problem I just hope we dont waste him with bad play calling, Use this kid please MR

All American honors is also slanted to players that has team success and if he continues to make big gain yard receptions as he's done the last 3 weeks he'll be right in the discussion
 
Richards AA season seems quite attainable for him to get about 4 catches per game and have similar numbers with better averages actuallly

We ran a reverse to JT against FSU.

I'd rather see jet sweeps than reverses. Reverses take too long to develop and the WR is too far from LOS before making cut up field.

No, it's not too long for a freshman.

But it certainly might be to be considered a freshman all-american, which was the point. Dez Fitzpatrick got 173 yards and 3 TDs in his first two games for Louisville. He's at 610 yards and 7 TDs. Greg Dortch had 111 yards and 3 TDs in his first two games for WF, and has 722 yards and 9 TDs total. Jeff Thomas has 249 yards and 2 TDs all season. I'm a big JT fan and I think he's going to be special, but he's not coming out hot like some other players. That's OK, since neither did Andre (who I think only had 1 TD his entire freshman season - and that was after redshirting) and there are still some big games remaining for him to make his presence known.

We haven’t had a receiver to be able to do this at Miami in a long time, his ability to cut without losing speed is one of the best I’ve ever seen
