It's not easy to add that much lean muscle and not lose any fast twitch muscle memory. Unless you are Barry Bonds.

That's not going to happen. Best case is he's up to 185-190 before the season starts. His max weight should be 195.

A lot of youth football teams, don't have a QB that can throw....so you put your best athlete at QB or RB
