I have no idea who’s coming and who isn't, but that quote from Scott is standard boilerplate coachspeak, and it doesn’t mean a cot**** thing about him coming or not.

If it's Scott, whose background is coaching WRs, I wouldn't mind if he hires this guy to coach QBs.
He played at Tulsa so he knows the offense Scott wants to run.
Did decent work as Howard's OC the last 2 years.
I think he would also kill it as a recruiter.
