Fisch is the best OC we've had in a long time here. There were occasional instances where he tried to get too creative, but our QB's looked saw massive production improvement under Fisch, and immediate drop-off after he left. With that, I don't see him as a successful HC. He seems like the guy who just wants to call plays and coach QBs, not run a program and recruit.
