JC Jackson on 24/7

-He's been at Sun Life 3 times. “It’s less than two hours away so I can come out here without it being a big deal,” Jackson said. “I like watching their defensive backs, that’s my position. They’re recruiting me for cornerback so I try to look at that.”

- UM played a bad game and it left him with mixed feelings. “Their corners played alright but I didn’t see anything impressive. Interceptions, pass breakups, they did none of that. They’re getting good coaching but I could definitely compete for a spot

- The staff didn't spend much time with him after the game because they lost but they shook his hand and said what's up?. They're telling him about playing time, life after football and more.

- He mainly likes that UM is a private school

- Even though he's committed to UF he's still in no mood to talk about them. “I don’t really want to talk about that right now,” Jackson said. “I don’t know what the deal is so I shouldn’t speak on the situation. I honestly can’t say what’s going to happen because I still have to figure some more things out first.

- He doesn't have anymore ov set up but he's likely to make more

hope we left a good impression

The dbs to me made enough of an impression but the coordinator didn't. Now heres the thing, if it were all about schemes then FSU would get him easily but with his dad, close drive for family and early playing time I think we have many factors going our way and now consider the private school that he likes.

Who's his father? Is he somebody I should know?

HOME: I got it, his father played HS with Edge.

Doubt that it's a violation. Somewhere, somehow, all those people in that part of the state are somehow related, blood relatives, somehow. They've been living there for decades, sooner or later somebody hooks up with somebody else who's related to somebody else, just my guess. They don't seem to move around and they all come back when they're done.

Am I right?

well, looks like something moved in JC's recruitment. All his "crystal ball" predictions on 247 are being changed to Miami. Would be an absolutely huge pull. Would be one of the best talents in this class

Yes. Cane
I doubt he'll even consider FSU that heavy because if he was a wr in their eyes for so long then they won't just change their mind that easily. It seems like bull**** just to get him eventually at wr

not defending the scheme at all, because it is hot garbage, but the talent is lacking on D. We are still running 59, 22, 30, 31, 34, 51 (though he has played decently, acually - but is still limited talent wise) out for regular reps. That is a whole lot of JAGS (if not worse) to have on your defense. It is all about the development of guys like Figueroa, Grace, Muhammad , McCord, Kirby, Bush, Jenkins for the future. That, and a a new DC
