Carolina and Kansas City run read-option all day. Seahawks and Bengals run a healthy dose, too.

Cutler's only had a QB rating ONCE in his entire career over 90. The very mediocre Kap has done it 3 out of 6 seasons. If Kaep is garbage, then Cutler is pig *****.

Good point about not fitting Gase' system, but he's shown he's willing to adapt to his QB, and given our personnel, I just think Kaep would be the better fit. He's gonna have to change his playcalling to adjust more to Cutler than he would have for Kaep.

The entire Dolphins situation is nothing but *****. It was pretty clear there was a risk to Tannehill not having surgery. If they were concerned Moore would not be the guy should Ryan be injured, then waiting to make a move until it happened was foolish. Typical Dolphins one step behind themselves. That being said, Gase is not going to redo the entire offense to suit Kaepernick at this point. Unfortunately, Cutler was probably the better choice especially given the two had worked together previously. There is also a reason that most people moaning on Kaepernick's behalf are not actually 49er fans. Again, the fascination with a quarterback who went 2 - 14 is hysterical, especially when it starts to seep into a board that ripped Brad Kaaya to shreds for his record.
