Jarren Williams

It seems that Perry has offended every man whose girl is freaking off on him. Get over it dudes, life goes on. You don't like his game or anything about him bc what he did hurt ur feelings; you can't let go...well inspite of your painful emotions, Perry is a bonified 4* talents. Led by the Richts, he didn't live up to the billing but i still saw his upside. So with a clean slate and more competent oc/qb coach, Perry has as good a chance as any other to show what he's got and take the job. That doesn't necessarily mean Tate or JW can't ball; It's a competition, the decision will be tough but someone will come away as qb1.

**** , you’re reaching. People here want a “ good “ qb that’s actually “ mature “. Not getting suspended every six months.

Who he’s getting his froggy style on with has nothing to do with it.

If he wins the job so be it but I’d honestly be surprised.

Exactly.

Perry was the #3 Dual Threat QB, Williams was a Elite 11 QB, and Tate was of course, the Gatorade National Player of the year. We should all toast to the fact that we have some legit studs in the QB room. The Richts and Day (O$U) were not able to get the most out of the QB's.

It's literally Enos job to develop the **** out of these monsters and build the system around whoever wins the gig. The good thing is Enos has done just that at every stop that he's made throughout his career. Therefore, regardless of which QB comes out on top, we are ******!!!

All three will be better because of Enos. This hire will show dividends come this season. Whomever it is. Will know that he has zero room for error. The next man may not let you back on the field.

Cribby, the coaches have given Perry, JW, Pope, Thomas and whoever else a clean slate. The guys understand and have not called any negative attention towards themselves or the school.

It's about learning and growing up from your mishaps that defines maturity. The one's who continue to bring up others past are the immature ones. Dont be too quick to judge, karma is a *****.

I want the best guy to win , I just don’t think he has the maturity or gets it. Or ever will.

I could be wrong , wouldn’t be the first time.

Imo he’d have to run away with the job to win it, trust and decision making goes a long way with that position.

Kosi is a cane so I’m pulling for him , kids an unreal talent.

He’s on strike two and a half , id love for the light to finally comes on.

Yup it's all Richt's fault the kid hit on about 30% of his passes and fumbles too much. Wake up, he's not Miami material IMO. Not even talking about his off field BS. If we had good QB's he would have been off the team. You think Bama or Clemson would have put up with his crap? Grow up! I have no problem with his arm strength it's the rest of his game that sucks. Like I said if he's starting on day one we won't beat Florida, that is my prediction.

If he's better than the other two we're in trouble. How the **** could he hurt my feelings? LMAO I hate seeing Miami lose, specially to my most hated team the Gators. Every four star QB recruit is a bonafide talent until they aren't. He's done nothing in two years, I don't expect much from him. He will kill us in big games with his play. Fumbles and picks are a big concern.

He started a few games last year he should have a huge leg up on the other two, I just can't see him playing again and winning big at Miami. With our schedule we should win 10 with any of those QB's. I still say JW is the best we've got right now, just by watching his HS film. I saw Tate 5-6 times in person out here, he's a hard worker but JW is my guy.

But let me make it clear if Kosi is the guy the first game I'll be pulling for him just as I would for the other two. At the start of the game I'll have the jitters with tears in my eyes like every big game before this one and this one is a huge one to me. I just want Miami to win again, period.

Sorry - I can't forget what Perry did last year. He played in just about every game except LSU and ended up worse than Rosier stat wise. Zero consistency.
6/24 for 52 yards in a complete game.
5/16 for 35 yards, looked terrible against GT.
1/5 for 2 yards.
The 2 picks @ Virginia.
You can blame it on the coaching but a lot of his throws were on him. He had plenty of opportunities and Manny witnessed all of them last year.
I see Williams and Martel as 1A and 1B heading into fall and Perry taking Weldon's place.

Perry clearly has the most arm talent. All of those incompletions and picks were not his fault. Martel has the better legs and Williams is a good mix of both. That being said I think Williams will win the job and start game one. If he balls out he’ll keep the job. It will be interesting to see how Perry handles that adversity.

Do you think that Richt favored Perry over Williams, even with all of the off the field issues and inconsistencies on the field? Serious question.

Perry had 191 pass attempts and completed 97 passes for a 50.8 completion percentage. Can't blame everything on the coaching.

“Clearly has the most arm talent” says who? I’ve seen him underthrow plenty of throws last year. Imo I’d say Jarren Williams

Could never figure out what Richt had against Williams, for him not to play Williams at least in the bowl game was ludicrous.

I personally think Richt liked Williams more than Perry, but yet Perry played a lot more. There are a ton of assumptions/conclusions that can be drawn from that, but the simple fact remain, Williams did not appear to be able to beat Perry or Rosier out.

As we know, each QB has a clean slate under Diaz. I am looking forward to seeing him in person on 04/20, even if it's just the spring game.

His clap game wasn't good enough for Richt last season. He will get a fair shake in the Summer time. Can't wait to see who emerges as the starter. I also can't wait until our passing offense is rated higher than 79th in the nation too.

I was talking to a guy the other day that said Kosi had a 50% completion percentage largely due to drops. Dude tried to say we had 12 drops in a one game. Lmao

Regardless I think Kosi has the talent to win the QB job. I feel like his leadership and maturity will be the reason he doesn't win the job though.

No dog in the hunt hence why to me it’s still anyone’s game at QB, as well as numerous other positions sans the LB corps. I just haven’t seen enough of any of the 3 to pick a side as of yet especially after 2 weeks of Spring ball. Let’s see how they fare in what hopefully will be an entertaining Spring game on 4/20. Entertaining meaning the QB’s doing well in Enos’ offense. It’s going to be imperative that one of them starts separating themselves from the rest of the pack to me as it will start to clear up the picture somewhat as well as showing a leader beginning to emerge at the helm of our offense. I’m not saying one needs to be announced after the 4/20 game, but I’d like to have some confidence in 1-2 of them to start the separation necessary for the offense to start clicking at a better clip than what we endured last season.
