I didn't say anything about accuracy or if he could actually hit the receiver. What I said was that I think he can probably make the throws in a perfect world. Others argue that he can't physically make them.
In the end it doesn't really matter, the point is he's not making the throws. I was just responding to you saying it was obvious he can't do it. I took that to mean he wasn't physically able, and I don't think that's true.
I will however point out that posters always think they have the answers but they don't see practice. I'm not thrilled with Manny right now, but I don't think he's a complete idiot. There's something that he sees from Williams or doesn't see from Perry that he thinks is more important than going downfield. I don't know what it is, but ask yourself this? Would you rather have the guy who keeps it short and doesn't turn it over or throw many incompletions, or the inaccurate guy who can throw a pretty long ball?
