My take: Perry is more talented than rosier but that doesn’t mean he should still be annoited the starter. Let’s have a full competition and imo Williams will win out as he’s the most natural and most accurate passer on the roster

Ok Manny, I’ll raise you one.

Non qb guru , cis poster cribby says N’kosi Perry will also compete for the starting job in 2019.

Just to show off I’ll also report Cade Weldon will too also compete for the starting job in 2019.

Now go get me my media pass.

IMO Jarren is much more of a pure passer than N'kosi. He should win out but we all know how much Richt places seniority over everything. Especially when we open with UF. Look for the exact same scenario as this year to happen again. N'kosi will start vs UF. Jarren will play sometime after that game.

Jarren has been suspended too? Why? Is this a National Lampoon movie we're living in or what?? FFS!

Would've been great if Jarren got some meaningful snaps this season, that playing time is valuable and helps your development. I think if N'Kosi had gotten playing time in 2017 he would've had a much better 2018 season.

I'm PRAYING that Jarren competes for this job but this part of the article about his QB "guru" made me laugh:

"Avery, the son of an NFL coach and a former starter at Morehouse College, has been working with quarterbacks since he spent the 2009 season at UCLA learning from offensive gurus Norm Chow and Rick Neuheisel."

Was this article written in like 2003? Eff outta here with Neuweasel and Chow Mein.

The people who don't believe in Perry are about to know how the people who didn't believe in Rosier coming into the season felt.

I have no faith in Mark & Jon to get this QB situation right, they were literally trying to get Kelly Bryant before he decided not to even visit lol

I think Jarren has through the roof potential & can be a very good QB, but he'll be a Red Frosh next year with no experience. Expect another season of QB seesaw, both Perry & Jarren will play.

Thank friggin goodness this is great to hear. However - why in the **** did JW not get any meaningful snaps in the last three games? Still boggles my mind.

The flip flopping of Perry & Rosier lost us those four games, and then to add insult to injury he still didn't get any snaps for the younger guys in the last three games. Richt completely f'ed up the QB situation.
