@Baba Yaga, tis the season.

I mostly use the pellet grill these days too. It’s just so much easier. Every now and then I break out the smoker for a brisket. You’re going good my guy. What’d you rub on the brisket?

I forgot about this thread. My easy bake is still kicking almost 10 years in, used it to make these delicious ****ers a few months ago.

I would love a big offset but I don’t have the backyard space or the time to justify it. Pellet grills are just too convenient. Put it on at around 10-12 at night at 185, wake up at 6-7 in the morning, wrap it and put it to 250-275 to finish at around noon, pull it off when its probing tender and let it rest until serving time.

I have a pellet grill. Ain’t nobody have time to babysit a fire all night. I got sleeping to do!!

I use foil and butcher paper too. Depends on my mood. I’m not a binder guy though. Waste of mustard.

SPG homie. I’ve never really strayed from it with the brisket.

I only have a pellet grill. I work way too much to spend the little free time I have messing with a fire and missing out on sleep.

The only plausible explanation I can jump to is projecting based on his size. I don’t understand how you can be so drastically different than the rest.
 
His production fell way off from soph to junior year. I dont think espn reevaluated him, but i doubt he sticks with UF if he has a good year. I predict tears for them regardless in the near future😄🤣😂
