Hey James let me tell you that you're sounding like a real idiot. You don't know me at all. I have personally met with JJ, Dennis E, Howard S, Manny, Mark R, Butch D, Larry C, and Randy S. The only coach I haven't met was Al Golden. I don't mean handshakes either. Been to Three National Championship games that UM won and EVERY IMPORTANT game that UM has played since 1983. Was a football season ticketholder for 35 years and two for Basketball. That doesn't mean squat because because I'm sure there are people here that have done more. What I don't like nor appreciate your tone and your language. I am not a troll either but you sound like a very unhappy, angry, and ugly human being! GO CANES

I'm not his defender by any stretch, but I will say that anyone who has to put in writing "I am objective and very informed" on this forum is doing so because they are anything but.

And this nonsense, is exactly why I don't even look to see if their is a response to any posts of mine. Never! Arguing and insulting people on a board with people you don't know is a worthless, waste of time. It's an embarrassment, but people are going to do what they do.

There's a little bell icon in between the mail icon and the search function in the upper right hand of your screen that notifies you when/if people respond to your posts and comments. That way your candy azš won't get insulted by the commentary from all the alphas and sigmas on this board.

I'm perplexed. So am I supposed to ridicule you for using aluminum foil instead of butcher paper, invite myself over for dinner or tell you that pellet easy bake ovens are better than stick burners? I'll just keep it real - looks great. And let me derail this MFer a little more by showing you some of my BBQ....

I use butcher paper all the time. I also like the “foil boat” method as well. It’s all about tweaking and dialing it in.

I would love a big offset but I don’t have the backyard space or the time to justify it. Pellet grills are just too convenient. Put it on at around 10-12 at night at 185, wake up at 6-7 in the morning, wrap it and put it to 250-275 to finish at around noon, pull it off when its probing tender and let it rest until serving time.
