Rayshawn Jenkins was a JAG before last season and he ended up being solid and getting drafted.



IMO, Jaquan is more talented than him. So I think he could have a good season.

He wasn't no **** jag before last season, that's dumb thinking. He was our most productive safety even before last year...
 
JJ is the Mark Walton of the defense. Good hard nosed kids that work hard and care about playing well. Maybe they will never be greats, but **** good and great leaders. They will make plays

Nobody said he'd done anything, but many think he will. Why does this bother you?
 
He's going to be good for us. I just don't think he has the athleticism to be an elite safety,
 
Pretty sure Diaz was quoted saying JJ was maybe the toughest player he has ever coached. That's saying something, I think his long speed will the the only ding on him

Another guy every fan has a soft spot for. All I said was the he is overrated, which is true. For being a previous 4-time first team all dade he has not shown much in 2 years. Granted his first year was under Goldens crap defense. Time will tell.

He also said that Jamal Carter is a savage and one of the toughest he coached... buddy just went undrafted.

No what you said was "he is the most overrated player, your back tracking because as you said he did not meet up to your expectations of another Ray Lewis, your words.
 
JJ was aked to play all over the field and hasn't been able to settle into one position. This will be the first year where he'll be able to do that. I think he'll be a good player and a great leader.

Hey man, every db we've had over the past decade has been a jag! only reason Burns was drafted so high is they saw the talent and he had the measurable. But artie played ishtty for us in the horrible scheme and staff we had.
