Give me the Top 6...I think that is a reasonable expectation going into Signing Day.

Now, I would love to see a bonus LOI or two...perhaps a lesser guy like Edwards to play some fullback and I'd love to get a surprise with Bryant or Robinson...

I just think that would be a solid cherry on the top of a great recruiting year for Miami.
 
I haven't weighed in on this but I feel like it so here it is.


I have been thinking Coley was a long shot for a long time, and I still don't see him coming here. Don't even know why really, just a feeling after following his recruiting as much as I could, mostly thanks to Pete. Anyway, if we were to get Coley I will be very pleasantly surprised.

Rashard Robinson is a guy I think we get for some reason. I look at his recruitment similar to Thomas finnie. I think golden can flip the guy. He is on campus am awful lot.

Keith Bryant, I haven't listened to the rumors, just followed his recruitment like the others. Way I see it, if we get bostwick, which I believe we will, it will be no big loss if he goes elsewhere. I thought cane for a while but I'm starting to believe the hype I guess. Can see him going to fsu.

Kirkland would be a nice addition but I'm not sure bout him.

Thomas is the Duke Johnson of this class. This dude is an absolute game changer on defense. No prediction here, but it would crush my soul if he went to fsu or bama.

What can I say about Grace? My dudes a cane all the way. F Louisville.

Finally Alex Collins, an awesome talent at running back but would be nice to add him, but he is not a must get. We still have Eduardo Clements as well as Dallas Crawford who are both great players that get SLEPT ON. Ok I can't call them great because they haven't done anything yet, but they have it in them. Won't hurt if Collins goes elsewhere, but I think he ends up staying home.


Just how I'm seeing things. Also expecting at least one guy I didn't even know we were recruiting. Golden is a mad scientist with this recruiting stuff. Future is bright folks.
 
He is a great talent man he is. But duke is gonna be a soph. By the time Clements graduate we would replace him with Sony/cook/insert big time 305 rb here. Collins would be a good pull, but if he went to Arkansas we wouldn't miss him IMO.
 
Eduardo Clements and Dallas Crawfods don't win titles. We need more studs and game changers on the roster. Duke is a stud. Collins is a stud.

Understand what your saying and would love it if Collins came here. I just feel like we are solid at rb.

Agree that Collins is a must get as well. Not only for on the field purposes, but for me i think its a mental thing as well. To get a guy like Collins to recommit after all the recognition he got his senior year while all the other big schools are putting the full court press on to get him would be an incredible accomplishment for this staff. This would reassure their recruiting force imo. But if they let a Fla kid get away after giving it everything theyve got to get him back would be a little unsettling.

I think Kirkland is another pretty important, but understated land. Think of our future O Line if things fall into place like we want. Flowers, Isidora, Kirkland, KC McCdermott (thinking long term) holy ****

Dont think we land Robinson. Hes been on campus a lot but hes also recently reaffirmed his commitment to LSU.

Meh Keef. Would be nice to have but ive accepted hes not on board.

Thomas is a must ******* get. The most important recruit by a long shot. If we let a BTW kid go absolutely anywhere else but Miami after all we've invested into trying to get him here would be crushing. Feb 6 cannot come soon enough thats for **** sure.

Must get a DT. Thomas is the only thing more important than a quality Dt. Am I wrong here?

Eduardo Clements is coming off a serious injury and can't be counted on. Crawford is more a utility back and Dillard is a complete unknown. Collins is an absolute must and would be the most important recruit to next years team.

i think Coley, Bostwick and Thomas maybe more important for our future, but none is more important than Collins for the success of our team in 2013

I don't think so. Collins is special, but our need at DT (an already exceptionally important position) is great.
