No it’s not lol. Maybe next year but he has no effect on that team this seasonWill be some national eyes on VT this weekend because of this. Put 60 on them.
Vt has won 4 acc titles, lost 3 other acc cg, and played for a national title. He won at Vandy pre-NIL, he will win at VT….floor is 8-4, ceiling is 10-2/ACC title contenders
Could you imagine if UF, Auburn or LSU hired him? Those fanbases would’ve burnt the cities to the ground. VT isn’t a bad job but it’s not the greatest either. If he fixes them and wins 9,10 games a year he could play that into a “bigger” job. Pretty clear he wanted FSU but looks like Norvell should make a bowl and save his job.Gotta be honest I’m surprised. Makes me think he wasn’t as sought after as some may think.
VT will be the ACCs hyped team this off season that UNC was last year. Do we play them next year ?
They will be much improved. Anyone thinking they won’t is lying to themselves. I don’t they’ll run the conference but they won’t be the punching bag they were for the last decade.Vt has won 4 acc titles, lost 3 other acc cg, and played for a national title.
Virginia is a great place to recruit. You have only three bigger time schools and lots of talent in md, DC and va.
Ceiling is as high as anyone else if the money shows up.
I was told in another thread 41-7 is better than hanging 60 on someone. Means more to the committee. If we don’t drop a double nickel on them and hold them to under 14
We have zero chance
For playoff at large bid
It’s run up the score time against a dog**** acc doormat

I believe so while our players were having snow ball fights on the sidelines vs Notre Dame at the Sun Bowl.Didn’t Al Golden do one of those?
James Franklin is a legit upgrade for them. Let's stop it with the nonsense. That said, the talent hasn't changed and it's very likely he's going to get rid of **** near everybody, their talent is that bad.So they fired Brent Pry and hired the biracial Brent Pry?
Maybe. LSU would probably carry Freeman to Baton Rouge if he took the job. As far as on the field goes JF doesn’t make much sense at LSU. He’d be an improvement at Auburn but I don’t think he’d want to deal with that toxicity regardless of race. Auburn might be the hardest job in the SEC.LSU and Auburn won’t hire a black or biracial head coach. JF wasn’t getting an LSU or Auburn job which is their loss.
