Jalen Harrell moving to CB?

I think the coaches should be trying to find opportunities at both the CB and LB positions. We have strikers and safeties that might not only find the field, but excel there. I also think some receivers with an inability to get to the next level, due to poor hands, might be open to the same opportunities. It’s spring ball, see what you’ve got. It’s in everyone’s best interests. We should be making a list here. I’m guessing the coaches are doing their jobs and have already made one. I’ll start with Gilbert testes at LB and both Pope and Wiggins at CB. Just for fun, let’s move a LB that’s slow to DE. He “might” get to the league, instead of the couch on Sundays. You’ll never know unless you try

But Duasso says Ivey is a dogggggg

I’m not being an *******, but seriously wtf do yall watch when yall see Ivey play, like enlighten me because I sincerely do not see it one bit with him, his best qualities are all tackling & playing close to the line of scrimmage, any time he has to cover further than 8 yards down the field he has no clue what he’s doing back there, to be as big as he is I’ve never seen a corner get beat on inside leverage as much as he does & good God he has the worse hips in DB history, he opens the gate (opens his hips too soon out of his stance) worse than any CB I’ve ever seen & literally gets beat nearly every snap he takes, so it always baffles TF outta me when people every offseason try to convince me that Ivey isn’t as awful as I’ve been saying he is since 2019 lol.
The back of his helmet

It’s spring practice with new sets of eyes looking at a bunch of players.... not against moving people around to see where the talent shakes out

The fck does “real well in offseason workouts” have to do with covering anyone during a football game?
Clearly you are underestimating the impact that it was they who said it on a YouTube video. If you were to account for that....well it would still mean nothing

Interesting development, see what DVD and Trob. can do with this kid.

Originally played CB in high school so
he definitely have the ability to do it , also this was the only way he going to see the field especially with James Williams and Avantae Williams coming in.

We dont have real numbers at corner. Kid might see a faster way onto the field there than at safety.

From watching South Carolina last year ....T Rob loves those long corners...they had like a 6'4 corner and Joe Horn's son who is atleast 6'1.

If he can pick up on things he might could find himself in some rotation..especially with no set backs in the spring.
Quite simple. Let TRob do his job. Man has to come in and work with what he got. Its good to see them be proactive with personnel...

Byron Jones also was a CB in college, ran a 4.4, jumped a 41’ inch vert, and had the longest long jump in combine history. In what alternate universe does Ivey do any of this?
Ivey isn't switching to CB, Harell is. Did not say they were similar athletically .Work on your reading comprehension.
