Unfortunately everyone doesn't get s shot. There are s ton of qbs who had s better career than Heaps but did not get a look let alone last until week 3 of the preseason.

I don't see why you're being down voted. If the guy was any good, he would of cracked the lineup as a backup qb.

I watched Josh Johnson in person at Bengals camp last week. It's amazing that he's been around long enough to even be called a 'journeyman'. He can't throw a spiral to save his life. My 15 year old pointed out that he doesn't use the laces when he throws. He looked terrible. AJ McCarron also looked awful. Guy has no arm at all.

AJ simply had to throw the ball up for grabs or hand it off.

Heaps is only getting all these opps because he was a 5 star. So many coaches can not help themselves thinking they can get the talent out of someone that 3-5 people never could. Watch RGIII get 4 more opportunities before he is out of the league.
