I guess theres always the scenario in which you get this guy and try to convince KJ Bolden to hit the portal but that doesnt seem likely.

If I'm playing mind games, I give the world the impression that this recruitment is over, UGA lets down their guard, Perlotte visits in silence and then its too late for UGA to recover. But admittedly, this is black helicopter type rationalization.
